IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install and pay for the following as <br /> required to be built in accordance with the approved Plans(the"Improvements"): <br /> A. Site Grading, Ponding, and Erosion Control <br /> B. Setting of Iron Monuments <br /> C. Surveying and Staking <br /> D. Stormwater Management Facilities <br /> E. Sanitary Sewer System <br /> F. Streets <br /> G. Concrete Curb and Gutter <br /> H. Underground Utilities <br /> I. Retaining Walls <br /> The Improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City subdivision ordinance; City <br /> standard specifications for utilities and street construction; and any other ordinances including <br /> those concerning erosion and drainage and any prohibiting grading, construction activity, and the <br /> use of power equipment.
