• Work shall be performed by Brunn Remodeling and/or its subcontractors. <br /> Brunn Remodeling is a licensed contractor, under the laws of the State of <br /> Minnesota; license nu�ber 4016. <br /> � Work shall consist of the following: <br /> 1 . Site Work. Owner shall provide removal of existing brick veneer <br /> and wood siding. Owner may dispose of all excess in dumpster <br /> provided by the contractor. <br /> Contractor shall provide all other demolition and removal necessary � <br /> and incidental to the work. <br /> Contractor shall provide all excavation, backfill and compaction for <br /> new footings, foundation walls and crawl space and shall provide <br /> all rough and finish grading. <br /> See Item 11 A for BITUMINOUS PAVING ALLOWANCE. <br /> Owners shall provide all topsoil, turf and landscape plantings, <br /> including replacement of all turf damaged by the contractor in the <br /> course of construction. <br /> 2. Concrete. Provide concrete footings for new foundations walls, <br /> piers, crawl space slab, floor slab in the lower level addition, garage <br /> addition, existing garage stall, garage apron and walks. <br /> 3. Masonry. Provide concrete masonry foundation walls for the <br /> addition. <br /> See Item 11 B for VENEER ALLOWANCE. <br /> 4. Carpentry. Provide rough carpentry including 2x6 and 2x4 wall <br /> framing; LP 32 I-joists; roof trusses and framing; OSB and Biltrite <br /> sheathing; 3/." T&G plywood sub floor; headers and miscellaneous <br /> framing; 2x4 interior framing and furring. Inspect existing floors <br /> with owner for squeaks and irregularities. Any significant <br /> corrective work required can be added to the contract by change <br /> order. <br /> Provide a nominal 10' x 20' deck with stairs down from the <br /> screened porch and down to grade.
