Scope of the work shall be <br /> substantially as shown on drawings 1 through 4 of 4, dated 2/29/00 and revised <br /> 5/11/00, prepared by Brunn Remodeling, Inc. and titled REMODEL FOR NORA & <br /> JON SILLERUD, except as modified herein. A copy of the drawings is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A". Construction details and materials are described in the <br /> outline specificat'ions below. <br /> Any additional work required due to unforeseen conditions, discovered in the course <br /> of this project, shall be done upon receipt of a written change order, signed by the <br /> owner, requesting such work.
