No structure or building in the LR-1 B district shall exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366. (b) Lots. ' 1 140 , 35 i 10 20 � 30 ' � --- � � I _� _ _ (c) Within the LR-1 B zoning district, the side yard setback for lots that are non-conforming as to their width shall be the lessor of ten feet or equal to ten percent of the lot width as defined. No. 199 3rd series, § 3, 6-12-2017) DIVISION 2.-YARDS AND OPEN SPACES Sec. 78-1401. - Reduction prohibited. No yard or other open space shall be reduced in area or dimensions so as to make such yard or other open space less than the minimum required by this chapter; and if the existing yard or other open space as existing is less than the minimum required, it shall not be further reduced. No required yard or other open space allocated to a building or dwelling group shall be used to satisfy yard, other open spaces, or minimum lot area requirements for any other building or dwelling group.
