That the Ci of Orono later claimed at a meeting in <br /> March. 1990, that the never received second permit application <br /> but then found a:'copy dated '1 1/29/88 and marked "date received" <br /> 12/30/88 . <br /> 12. That on 2/2 89 Garry Everson received a letter from the <br /> City of Orono stating' that a Certificate of Survey and Hardcover <br /> Calculation was now n -eded. That the neighbors next door were <br /> contacted who were do ng survey and they said cost was over <br /> $2,000.00 . <br /> 13. That in the fall of 1989, a ticket was issued for <br /> failure to apply. for a permit. That Garry Everson went to <br /> Ridgedale Court .thre- times to try to take care of the ticket and <br /> was told that 'there as no record of said ticket. We then assumed <br /> that the matter had •een dropped. <br /> 14.
