That in the fall of 1988, Garry Everson began replacing <br /> boards on the rotten deck. As it progressed, entire deck was done <br /> because all the wood was rotten. <br /> 2. That on 10/21/88 Garry Everson received a letter from <br /> the City of Orono stating that they wanted a permit by 10/31/88. <br /> 3 . That on 10/28/88 Garry Everson sent a letter to the City <br /> of Orono stating that boards were replaced on existing deck. <br /> 4 . That on 10/31/88 Garry Everson received a letter from <br /> the City of Orono stating that a permit was still required. <br /> 5 . That on 11/8/88 Marie Everson contacted the City of <br /> Orono to ask if plans were required. Marie Everson was informed <br /> that the City would come out to do an inspection. <br /> 6 .
