As of this date, only a portion of the work <br /> has been completed. <br /> The City has also received numerous complaints regarding boat storage on the property. Boats <br /> are required to be stored within a building or fully screened so as not be visible from adjoining <br /> properties, except boats and unoccupied trailers less than 20' in length, which are not stored for <br /> commercial purposes, if stored to the rear of the house and a distance of 10' or more from any <br /> property line. The City must require you to bring your property into compliance with City <br /> codes before July 26, 1994.
