Box 66 <br /> �ESH Orono, MN 55356 Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br /> June 10, 1994 <br /> Larry Anderson <br /> 745 Orchard Park Road <br /> Long Lake, MN 55356 <br /> RE: Final Grading - Removal of Illegal Fill <br /> Dear Mr. Anderson: <br /> As you are aware, a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued to you on March 10, 1994. <br /> The only item to be completed was final grading. This encompassed resolving the Orono <br /> Municipal Code violations as follows: <br /> 1. Code Section 10.55, Subd. 8 - Excavation/filling within 26' of wetland. <br /> 2. Code Section 12.09 - Filling with material that does not meet the definition of <br /> clean fill. Corrective action required as follows: <br /> a. Regrade in 26' setback zone to original grade (provide as-built survey to <br /> verify). <br /> b. Grade entire yard to 3 to 1 maximum slope. <br /> c. Remove buried illegal fill and call for inspection before back filling. <br /> d. Maintain silt fence at 26' setback until groundcover is established. <br /> Your failure to resolve these issues leaves the City no alternative but to initiate legal action. <br /> Action will be withheld until June 27, 1994.
