Please note for all future projects where this elevation and <br /> calculation are critical,you should show the actual elevation contour(or spot elevations at the home's perimeter)on the <br /> survey and perimeter calculation at the time of permit submittal. <br /> Also, we have recently changed our survey requirements, copy attached. One of the new requirements is to show the <br /> point or spot where the top of the foundation elevation reference elevation point is being measured from; we expect <br /> this to be consistent with the measurement on the foundation as-built. Please show the measurement point on the <br /> survey. <br /> Another new requirement is the need for a landscape plan at the time of building permit submittal. The survey must <br /> show all proposed exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios, grading, sidewalks, retaining walls, etc. We need the <br /> final landscape plan to be submitted and approved before we will issue the building permit.
