City of ORONO <br /> CITY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF NO, 2684 <br /> ORONO <br /> . •ayment to the City for the legal review and filing of <br /> the plat easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Colwell Addition, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following condition: <br /> 1. Outlot A, Colwell Addition is to be legally combined <br /> with Lot 3, Colwell Addition. Owner of combined Lot 3 and <br /> Outlot A to grant access easement in favor of Lot 2, Colwell <br /> Addition. <br /> 2. At the time of a future subdivision of Lot 1, Colwell <br /> Addition access to Lot 2 , Colwell Addition shall be <br /> relocated to north property line in order to achieve access <br /> via a private road. Owner of Lot 2 must apply for a <br /> driveway permit from the City of Orono for the relocated <br /> access/curb cut. <br /> 3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br /> with the Registrar of Title's Office on or before February <br /> 28, 1990 together with a certified original copy of this <br /> Resolution and executed copies of the covenants and <br /> easements noted above. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br /> the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
