An escrow agreement is <br /> attached, combining land alteration permit #2011-01360 and #2012-01221. Also attached is an <br /> updated escrow agreement combining the $700 wetland buffer escrow (permit #2011-01360) with <br /> the 2006 building permit application (#P09168). The wetland buffer escrow will continue to be held <br /> until all the wetland buffer and wetland mitigation plantings are complete. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
