December 28, 2010 <br /> Melanie Curtis <br /> City of Orono <br /> Dear Ms. Curtis, <br /> As per our conversation and verbal agreement on December 23, 2010, we are responding <br /> in writing regarding the accessory structure on our property at 85 S Old Crystal Bay Rd. <br /> The accessory structure will be demolished March 31, 2011 in accordance with the <br /> signed agreement of May 26, 2006 and based on the buildings lack of value for future <br /> use. The completion of this act in no way reflects any future plans regarding placement <br /> of an accessory structure in that approximate location.
