B. Replacement: <br /> 1. Reseed any seeded areas which fail to show a good stand of grass within 4 weeks <br /> during the growing season. <br /> 2. Reseeding shall be done without additional cost to Owner. <br /> C. Maintenance of seeded areas shall continue for a minimum of 60 days or until a healthy <br /> stand of grass results and the area is found acceptable. Maintenance shall include,but not <br /> be limited to,the following: <br /> 1. Water three times weekly or less as required to complement natural precipitation. <br /> Depth of wetting may be determined by using a soil probe at several spots throughout <br /> the turf.
