D. Natural Gas Service: Operating at pressure indicated. <br /> E. Gas Main or Distribution Main: Piping to convey gas to individual gas services or other <br /> gas mains. <br /> F. Gas Service: Pipe from the gas main or other source to gas point of delivery for the <br /> building being served. Piping includes gas service piping,gas valve,service pressure <br /> regulator,meter bar or meter support,and gas meter. <br /> G. Gas Delivery Point: Outlet of gas meter or service pressure regulator,or when no gas <br /> meter is provided,the gas service valve. <br /> H. Gas Piping System: Pipe within the building that conveys gas from point of delivery to <br /> points of usage. Piping includes dielectric fitting and gas valve immediately downstream <br /> from point of delivery. <br /> 1.4 SYSTEM PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Minimum Working Pressure Ratings: Except where otherwise indicated,the following <br /> are minimum pressure requirements. <br /> 1. Low-Pressure Natural Gas Piping Systems: 2 psig. <br /> 2. Medium-Pressure Natural Gas Piping Systems: 10 psig. <br /> 3. High-Pressure Natural Gas Piping Systems: 20 psig. <br /> 4. Natural Gas Service: 100 psig. <br /> 1.5 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. General: Submit the following according to Conditions of Contract and Division 1 <br /> Specification Sections. <br /> B. Product data for each type of natural gas specialty and special-duty valve. Include <br /> pressure rating in psig,rated capacity in cu. ft. per hour(CFH), and settings of selected <br /> models. <br /> C. Maintenance data for natural gas special ties and special-duty valves for inclusion in <br /> Operating and Maintenance Manuals specified in Division 1 Section "Project Closeout." <br /> D.
