(4) ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS: In submitting this bid, it is understood that the <br /> right is reserved by Owner and their Construction Manager to accept any bid in <br /> his best interest, reject all bids, to accept any of the Alternates in his best <br /> interest, which may be accepted in any order or reject all of the Alternates, and <br /> to waive minor discrepancies in bidding procedure.
