D. Secure units in place as shown on reviewed shop drawings. Welding by qualified welders <br /> in accordance with applicable provisions of American Welding Society Codes. <br /> E. Grout joints between units using 1:3 cement-sand grout mix with care taken to assure that <br /> joints are filled. Remove any grout that may have seeped through to underside ceilings <br /> before it hardens. <br /> F. Apply sealant to underside joints of deck units exposed to view. <br /> G. Erect units without damaging shape or finish. Replace or repair damaged units. <br /> H. Do not field cut or install sleeves larger than size permitted by deck manufacturer for <br /> pipe, conduit, ducts or other items. Do not cut reinforcing rods or prestressing strands <br /> without approval of manufacturer and as acceptable to Architect.
