. 1. 0.47. ,,,,,t1A, <br /> ui CITY of ORONO ,",RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. 6 0 6 9 <br /> WHEREAS, on July 18, 2011, the Planning Commission reviewed the application <br /> and recommended on a vote of 6—0 that the Council grant preliminary plat approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted preliminary plat and final plat drawings <br /> for a re-plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 Crystal Bay Business Center, to create a new plat entitled <br /> Crystal Bay Business Center Second Addition; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has agreed to execute the First Amendment to <br /> Development Agreement Crystal Bay Business Center (collectively the "Agreement") which sets <br /> forth terms and conditions for the existing metal building on Lot 1, Block 2, Crystal Bay Business <br /> Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete'all other <br /> requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of the Crystal Bay Business Center. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements. <br /> 3. Submittal of Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) permit approving the grading <br /> and stormwater management facilities plan for further development of the Property. <br /> 4. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat documents, agreements, <br /> easements and covenants in the amount of $280.00 plus incurred review and filing <br /> costs. <br /> 5. Payment of the Final Plat Review Fee in the amount of $700.00 plus incurred legal, <br /> engineering and planning consultant charges. <br /> 6. Provide to the City a title opinion for the Property and certified copies of all recorded <br /> easements currently affecting the Property. <br /> 7. Conformance with the Crystal Bay Business Center Development Agreement dated <br /> December 5, 2007 which sets forth terms and conditions for the development of the <br /> Property. <br /> 8. Execution of.the First Amendment to Development Agreement Crystal Bay Business <br /> Center which sets forth additional terms and conditions for the development of the <br /> Property. <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
