i E. EROSION CONTROL:No silt fence/tree fence is included within this proposal,a surveyor must stake it. Any tree protection issues must be resolved prior to installation of silt fence/tree fence. Doboszenski and Sons Inc.will install silt fence in its entirety at the,beginning of the project. An extra cost will result should any changes occur afte the silt fence/fte fence is initially installed or If additional mobilizations are required F. PROJECT DELAYS:The proposal is based on the ing continuously and without delays. Doboszenski and Sons Inc.will not be responsible for delays in performance caused by strikes, disputed between union and non-union personnel,acts of nature,or other circumstances beyond Doboszenski's control. In the event of delays beyo d Doboszenski's control,the time set for performance shall be extended for a period equal to the delay,and Doboszenski and Sons Inc.shall not be held liable for such delays. Should delay cans by others cause:Doboszenski and Sons Inc.to Incur expense or suffer loss or damage,there shall a an increase to,the contract price. G. TREE REMOVAL:No tree removal is planned. en tree removal is included in the proposal,it is based on one mobilization. Trees to be removed ust be identified prior to the scheduled removal day. Any return trips to remove additional trees will result in an extra. H. EQUIPMENT SCHEDULING: Doboszenski and S ns Inc.will schedule equipment and mobilize in the most efficient way possible. The contract ho der must understand that scheduling equipment is essential to the business and that last inute requests are sometimes impossible to achieve. I. CLEAN UP:Doboszenski and Sons Inc.will be res onsible for their own clean up.Any clean up done by Doboszenski and Sons Inc,caused by oth will be considered an extra cost. J. CHANGE ORDERS:An authorized representative of the contract holder must approve all change order requests in writing for additional services.Th s must take place prior to the work being performed. Verbal requests for additional work wil not be executed. K. PAYMENT TERMS:Progress payments aro due n later than 30 days from invoice.
