STAKING/LAYOUT: Unless specifically included within the proposal,staking and layout by a <br /> registered land surveyor is not included. <br /> C. PRIVATE LOCATES: The property owner shallibe responsible for any and all underground <br /> utility locates that are considered to be on private property. <br /> D.
