COMPENSATION SCHEDULE. <br />Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan, Ltd. proposes hourly billing in .25 increments at the <br />following rates: <br />Attorneys $125.00 per hour <br />Paralegals $70.00 per hour <br />After six months of providing services, we would be willing to negotiate a monthly <br />retainer for all criminal prosecution services. <br />forfeitures and Appeals <br />Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan will bill at the same rates as prosecution legal <br />services. <br />ExRenses <br />The firm's expense reimbursement processes operate on an actual expense basis. Actual <br />expenses incurred as a necessary part of the client's representation will be billed to the client, <br />with a clear and specific explanation of that expense. Those expenses include copies, postage, <br />long distance phone calls, facsimiles, Westlaw legal research, printing of appellate briefs, and <br />some delivery services. <br />F.
