C. RELATED EXPERIENCE. <br />1. Experience <br />Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan, Ltd. has represented municipal governments since <br />1978, beginning with our representation of the City of Eden Prairie. We served as the prosecutor <br />for the City of Eden Prairie from 1978 to 2009 and again from 2013 to the present. We have been <br />City Attorney for Eden Prairie since 1978. Since 1986, we have represented both Southwest <br />Transit and the City of Delano. We have represented the City of Savage since 2004. We have <br />been City Attorney for Prior Lake since June, 2012. We also represent the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Eden Prairie, the Delano Economic <br />Development Authority, Savage Economic Development Authority, Fire Relief Associations for <br />both Eden Prairie and Delano, the Delano Water, Light, and Power Commission, the Pine River <br />Area Sanitary District, and the Excelsior Fire District. In our representation of these entities, we <br />provide municipal legal services on an everyday basis. <br />Eden Prairie cases have been heard at the Ridgedale Courthouse since the mid-to-late <br />1990s. Therefore, the firm has extensive experience with the Ridgedale Court System. <br />Additionally, Jennifer has excellent working relationships with court staff, probation, and the <br />Ridgedale judges. <br />2. Based on our long history of representing municipalities in both criminal and civil <br />capacities, we are able to provide day-to-day prosecution services, and training for police <br />department personnel in a wide variety of law enforcement areas. Our expertise in the area of <br />prosecution will benefit the City by providing a high level of service and representation in the <br />court system. Police officers, victims of crime, and citizens of the City of Orono have the right to <br />expect and will receive an exceptional level of service from our prosecutors who will ensure that <br />public safety concerns receive the highest priority. The firm is also able to coordinate our efforts <br />in the courtroom with training for law enforcement as to new developments in the law, best <br />practices in the area of case preparation and testimony and any other areas the City wishes to <br />pursue.
