"Is Cemetery Road a private road maintained by Orono? <br />If this is a private road, do we have the authority to limit parking? <br />• If they continue to park their cars on Cemetery Road and on the shoulder <br />is the cemetery liable for any incident that may occur? <br />• Employee parking, 20 cars, 5 days a week will result in long term damage to the road. <br />Will Orono invest in the improvements to the roadbed? <br />I have attached the Writ of Ouster. Strange document. <br />Attached also is the letter from John Pillsbury about the road. <br />Don't remember if I sent you those docs last fall or not. <br />What can we do to protect the cemetery? <br />We own the land. Why do we have to allow employee parking? <br />Birch's has requested a parking variance to allow 350 seats. They currently have approval for 268. <br />Much as I enjoy seeing Billy's reopened, the cemetery should not be used for overflow parking. <br />What shall we do????? Liz <br />
