VOTE: Ayes 5, bays 1, Schoenzeit <br />opposed. <br />Schoenzeit stated the ordinance is redundant with City Code, infringes on property owners' rights, and is <br />regulating something that is not an issue. <br />Thiesse noted everything lett in the ordinance is specific to the licensure. <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />
