CHIPPED GLASS CAN BREAK WHEN EXPOSED TO <br /> HIGH TEMPERATURES.THIS TYPE OF BREAKAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. <br /> CARE MUST BE TAKEN WHEN REMOVING AND DISPOSING OF ANY BROKEN DOOR GLASS OR <br /> DAMAGED COMPONENTS.BE SURE TO VACUUM UP ANY BROKEN GLASS FROM INSIDE THE <br /> WARNING: DO NOT CLOSE DOOR FRAME ONCE DOOR GLASS HAS BEEN REMOVED AS THE <br /> APPLIANCE HAS BEEN FITTED WITH BALANCE WEIGHTS.SEE"BALANCE WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT" <br /> SECTION. <br /> At the end of each burning season inspect the door gasket ensuring that it is not worn or loose. Replace with <br /> proper fiberglass rope. The purpose of door gasketing is to seal the firebox. If the doors are not sealed,air leaks <br /> into the firebox,creating a quick burning fire. Replace cracked or broken glass immediately.When reinstalling the <br /> glass, be sure that the glass and gasket create a solid seal around door frame. Follow the instructions below for <br /> glass removal.You may require a flat tool to gently press the gasket between the glass and the door. <br /> A. Lift the screen up into the appliance. <br /> B. Lower the glass door down and unlatch.Swing !� ` <br /> the glass door open. � . <br /> C. Unscrew the top and bottom retainers inside <br /> door frame.(FIG.1) • <br /> D. Remove glass from door frame. (FIG.2) <br /> E.
