This Section includes rectangular, round, and flat-oval metal ducts and plenums for heating, ventilating, and air <br /> conditioning systems in pressure classes from minus 2-inches to plus 10 inches water gage. <br /> B. Sealing Requirements Definitions: For the purposes of duct systems sealing requirements specified in this Section, <br /> the following definitions apply: <br /> 1. Seams: A seam is defined as joining of two longitudinally(in the direction of airflow)oriented edges of duct <br /> surface material occurring between two joints.
