Preparation of Transparencies: Immediately prior to inspection for <br /> Certification of Substantial Completion, review completed marked-up <br /> record Drawings with the Architect. When authorized,prepare a full set of <br /> corrected transparencies of Contract Drawings and Shop Drawings. <br /> a. Incorporate changes and additional information previously marked on <br /> print sets. Erase, redraw, and add details and notations where <br /> applicable. Identify and date each Drawing; include the printed <br /> designation "PROJECT RECORD DRAWINGS" in a prominent <br /> location on each Drawing. <br /> b. Refer instances of uncertainty to the Construction Manager for <br /> resolution. <br /> c. One set of transparencies of original Contract Drawings will be <br /> furnished to the Contractor by the Owner for use in recording changes <br /> and additional information. Other printing as required is the <br /> Contractor's responsibility. <br /> d. The Contractor is responsible for printing original Contract Drawings <br /> and other Drawings as required to produce transparencies. The <br /> Architect will make original Contract Drawings available to the , <br /> Contractor's print shop. <br /> e. Copies and Distribution: After completing the preparation of <br /> transparency record drawings, print 3 blue-line or black-line prints of <br /> each Drawing, whether or not changes and additional information were <br /> recorded. Organize the copies into manageable sets. Bind each set <br /> with durable paper cover sheets, with appropriate identification, <br /> including titles, dates and other information on cover sheets. <br /> (1) Organize and bind original marked-up set of prints that were <br /> maintained during the construction period in the same manner. <br /> ( ) Organize anize record transparencies into sets matching the print sets. <br /> g P <br /> Place these sets in durable tube-type Drawing containers with <br /> end caps.
