DIVISION 1 <br /> GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 01041 -SCHEDULES <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1. RELATED DOCUMENTS <br /> Drawings and general provisions of Contract, including General Conditions and <br /> Division 1 Specifications, apply to work of this Section. <br /> 2. COORDINATION <br /> A. The Contractor shall coordinate scheduling with the Construction Manager. <br /> In particular, the Contractor shall provide close coordination of progress <br /> schedule, schedule of values, listing of subcontractors, schedule of submittals, <br /> progress reports and payment requests. <br /> B. Close coordination will be required between all construction trades in order <br /> that individual areas of construction can be completed by their scheduled time. <br /> Consult the proposed construction sequence schedule for start and completion <br /> dates of individual work areas. <br /> 3. PRELI IINARY SCHEDULE <br /> A. The Construction Manager has developed a Preliminary Schedule included at <br /> the end of this section, showing work areas of the project which directly <br /> impact the orderly use of the facility during construction. The timing of these <br /> activities has been approved by the Owner. <br /> B. The PreliminarySchedule may not list the work completely and may vary <br /> Y <br /> from the drawings and specifications. <br /> 4. C ONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br /> A. The Construction Manager shall computerize a Precedence Diagram Method <br /> (PDM)- Network" using data supplied by- the, Contractor` and all <br /> subcontractor(s). The Contractor will be responsible for his own methods and <br /> procedures and the performance of the work consistent with good practice. <br /> B. Neither the Construction Manager nor the Owner warrants the information <br /> supplied by the Contractors is accurate or correct or that the project can be <br /> performed as scheduled based upon data supplied by the Contractors. <br /> C. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all data to develop and <br /> update the schedule.
