DIVISION 0 <br /> ' CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT <br /> 00800 -SUPPLEMENTARY <br /> ' CONDITIONS <br /> set forth verbatim herein. In the event of any conflict between such statutory <br /> ' provisions and the standard printed provisions of this Bond, the statutory <br /> language shall supersede and control in all respects. <br /> ' 11.4.5 Add Subparagraph: The bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the full <br /> Contract Sum. When two part bonds are provided, the bond shall be provided <br /> with 100% of the Contract Sum for the Performance Bond and 100% of the <br /> ' Contract Sum for the Payment Bond. <br /> 11.4.6 Add Subparagraph: The Bond shall guarantee the Contractor will perform each <br /> and every part of the Contract, cover all guarantees called for and insure prompt <br /> payment to all persons furnishing material or labor required in prosecution of <br /> the Work under the Contract. In the event of additions to the Contract, the <br /> ' Owner reserves the right to require evidence of additional bonding. <br /> 11.4.7 Add Subparagraph: The Bond shall provide: (1) for additions or deductions <br /> 1 from the Work in any amount; (2) that completion time shall not be extended by <br /> reason of changes in the Work, unless agreed to at time of change; (3) that no <br /> notice of aforesaid alterations, additions or omissions need to be given the <br /> Surety; and(4)permit occupancy by the Owner at any time. <br /> 11.4.8 Add Subparagraph: Final acceptance of the Work shall not relieve the <br /> ' Contractor nor Surety from their obligations under this contract, including <br /> warranties of materials, equipment, installation or service. <br /> ' 12. ARTICLE 12-UNCOVERING AND CORRECTION OF WORK <br /> 12.1 Uncovering of Work <br /> 12.1.1 Add to Subparagraph: The Contractor shall give timely notice to the Architect, <br /> through the Construction Manager, of the readiness of the work to be observed. <br /> 12.1.2 In,the second line,between,the words "the." and "Construction Manager", insert <br /> the words "Contract Documents or the--". <br /> 12.2 Correction of Work <br /> ' 12.2.1 Add at end of first sentence: "Unless the Owner elects to accept the work as <br /> provided for under paragraph 12.3".
