' <br /> 10.4.3 The Contractor shall provide and maintain guard lights at barricades, railings, <br /> obstructions in streets, roads or sidewalks and at trenches or pits including at <br /> those adjacent to existing buildings, public roads, walks, and similar locations <br /> where a hazard may exist.
