DIVISION 0 <br /> CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT <br /> 00800 -SUPPLEMENTARY <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 4.2 Construction Manager <br /> 4.2.1 Delete Subparagraph, insert instead: The Construction Manager is Kraus- <br /> Anderson Construction Company - Midwest Division, 8625 Rendova Street <br /> N.E., Circle Pines, Minnesota, referred to in the Construction Documents as <br /> singular in number. The term "Construction Manager" means the Construction <br /> Manager or the Construction Manager's authorized representative, including <br /> ' employees or consultants. <br /> 4.6 Administration of the Contract <br /> 4.6.5 In the first line between the words "intervals" and "appropriate", insert the <br /> words "he deems". In second line, delete the words "to the stage of <br /> construction". <br /> 4.6.11 In the second line change the word "approve" to "accept". in the fifth line, <br /> ' change the word "approval" to "acceptance". <br /> 4.6.12 In the first line change the word "approve" to "accept". In lines 20, 22, 23, <br /> change the word "approval" to "acceptance". <br /> 5. ARTICLE 5 - SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> 5.1 Definitions <br /> 5.1.1 Change the wording of this Subparagraph to read as follows: A Subcontractor is <br /> a person, firm or entity having a direct contract or purchase order with the <br /> Contractor to provide or furnish materials, equipment, facilities, labor or <br /> ' services, or a combination of these, for the execution and completion of the <br /> Work or part thereof. The term Subcontractor is referred to throughout the <br /> Contract Documents as if singular in number and means a Subcontractor or an <br /> authorized representative. The term subcontractor does not include any separate <br /> contractor or subcontractors of a separate contractor. <br /> 5.1.2 Change the wording of this Subparagraph to read as follows: A Sub- <br /> subcontractor is a person, or entity having a direct or indirect contract or <br /> purchase order with a Subcontractor to provide or furnish materials, equipment, <br /> facilities, labor or services, or a combination of these, for the execution or <br /> completion of the Work or part thereof.
