Brick No.2: Hebron Brick,"Light Tan",Rugg Texture: 45% <br /> 3. Brick No.3: Hebron Brick,"Red",Rugg Texture: 10% <br /> ' 2.03 GROUT FOR MASONRY <br /> A. Grout for concrete masonry: Conform to ASTM C476, <br /> B. Aggregates: ASTM C-404. <br /> ' C. Proportion grout by volume and add sufficient water to produce consistency for pouring without segregation. <br /> Compose grout by volume of one part Portland cement,up to one-tenth part by volume hydrated lime or lime putty, <br /> and sand two and-one-fourth to three times the sum of the volumes of the cementitious materials. Achieve grout <br /> slump of 8"to 9". Attain a minimum compressive strength of 3,000 pounds per square inch at 28 days. <br /> D. Do not use any antifreeze compound in grout. <br /> ' 2.04 SOURCE QUALITY CONTROL <br /> A. Perform tests of each brick type in accordance with ASTM C67 to determine compliance with ASTM C216, Grade <br /> SW.
