The scope of this project consists of constructing a new building.The plumbing installation includes a water <br /> heater,a floor drain,a future sink rough-in, a tank type water closet, and a lavatory. Seven 4-inch area <br /> drains and a flammable waste interceptor will also be installed. <br /> 2. The building is served by existing municipal sewer and water services. <br /> 3. The approval for the work in this project is reliant on meeting the applicable requirements in two previous <br /> correspondences dated June 20,2017 and June 27,2017. <br /> 4. The plans and specifications were prepared by a licensed plumber. Only the plumber who has prepared the <br /> plans may use the plans for construction.If another plumber is contracted to install the plumbing,they must <br /> submit their own plans and specifications for the project. <br /> Authorization for installation may be withdrawn if construction is not undertaken within one year.
