Remove the <br /> existing storm door and reinstall on the new exterior door. <br /> -Sheetrock the ceiling and walls, taping smooth for paint. <br /> -Trim the doors and base to match the existing oak trim <br /> -Provide wiring for a switch and lite, a switch and exterior coach lite and relocate the buzzer. <br /> Customer to provide the lighting fixtures <br /> 10. Electrical. Includes the cost to provide openings and install surface lights on the ceiling, with <br /> a switch at the front door.
