Demolition; <br /> B. Remove the wood stoop. <br /> C. The cost of a dumpster is included <br /> D. The existing soffiting for the south side of the master bedroom, the west side of the "hat" <br /> room and dining room, and the north side of the living room will be removed back to the wall <br /> 3. Foundation; <br /> A. Three - 20" wide and two 12" wide pier footings will be dug and poured as per the <br /> drawings, and a galvanized footing post hanger will be installed in each. <br /> B. A 6'by 6" treated post will support the area over the garage entrance door. The balance <br /> of footings will support the deck with treated 6 by 6 posts. <br /> 4. Deck; (See Option #1, which was approved) <br /> A. 2x6 Treated joists, 16" on center will rest on a 2x6 treated ledger which is bolted into the <br /> home. Each joists will rest in a 2x6 joist hanger against the home <br /> B. A double 2x12 treated beam will run the length of the deck, the joists will cantilever <br /> beyond the beam approximately 1'0' <br /> C. Galvanized flashing will be installed at the siding line and overlapp the new decking <br /> D. Decking to be 2x6 Select s4s cedar. <br /> E. A 2x8" cedar rim fascia will be installed on the outside rim <br /> 1 <br />
