During this time a resident to the <br /> southwest of the point placed a deed restriction on the property constraining any future <br /> structures to one story in order to preserve the view of the bay beyond the peninsula. Even <br /> though the current tree cover obscures the view today,this deed restriction is still in effect. For <br /> this reason the proposed home design for the lots have an expansive footprint.The design is <br /> meant to harmonize with the natural topography of the land and provide timeless beauty for <br /> residents and neighbors. (See Concept Sketch) <br /> The applicant has been in conversation with the resident and is optimistic about resolving this <br /> restriction.
