PC Exhibit A <br /> 17-3923 <br /> March 20, 2017 <br /> By ORDINANCE NO. , THIRD SERIES <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> PERTAINING TO SUBDIVISION EXCEPTIONS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 82-200 Exception shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 82-200. - Exception. <br /> (a)The following land subdivisions are excepted from divisions 1 through 4 of this article. Upon <br /> request, the community development director shall, within ten days, certify that a proposed <br /> subdivision is excepted because the following are excepted from Chapter 82 of the City Code: <br /> (1)All the resulting parcels, tracts, lots or interests will be 20 acres or larger in size and 500 <br /> feet in width for residential uses and five acres or larger in size for commercial and industrial <br /> uses, or <br /> (2)Will create cemetery lots, or <br /> (3) Is court ordered, or <br /> (4) Is an adjustment of a lot line by the relocation of a common boundary as long as each of <br /> the two resulting lots meets the requirements of h ptcr 78 and no new non-conformities are <br /> created. <br /> resulting lots do not meet the requirements, or other non conformities are created may <br /> SECTION 2.
