Subd.6. The user agrees to any conditions that the City Council deems appropriate <br /> for permission of the use. <br /> 21020.04. TERMINATION: An interim use shall terminate on the happening of any of <br /> the following events,whichever occurs first: <br /> Subd. 1. The date stated in the permit. <br /> Subd.2. Upon violation of conditions under which the permit was issued. <br /> Subd.3. Upon change in the City's zoning regulations which renders the use non- <br /> conforming. <br /> Subd.4. The redevelopment of the use and property upon which it is located, to a <br /> permitted or conditional use as allowed within the respective zoning district. <br /> 21020.05. CERTIFICATION OF TAXES PAID: Prior to approving an application for an <br /> interim use permit, the applicant shall provide certification to the City that there are no <br /> delinquent property taxes,special assessments,interest,or City utility fees due upon the parcel of <br /> land to which the interim use permit application relates. <br /> 21020-2 <br />
