In a separate <br /> application (#17-3899), Little Acorns Childcare currently operating in Long Lake has requested a <br /> Conditional Use Permit to operate a daycare in the existing building on the property. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Planning Department Staff recommends approval of an amendment to <br /> the PUD No. 2C Agreement to allow a daycare use at this site. Plat Map <br /> Background <br /> Dale Richardson of CBS-MN Properties,owner of the property, is applying for the necessary approvals to <br /> allow'daycare' as an allowed use of the property. The impetus for this request is the companion <br /> application by Little Acorns Childcare, currently operating in the Long Lake Town Center but looking to <br /> continue operating in a new location in the Long Lake—Orono area. With approval of the daycare use, <br /> Little Acorns would relocate to this site. <br /> The property is zoned B-6 PUD, and is governed by the Planned Unit Development No. 2C Agreement <br /> and Development Contract(see Exhibit H)and Resolution No. 5613 which granted General <br /> Development Plan and Final Plat Approval in 2007. The only approved use of the site is for a small office <br /> condominium complex of five buildings, of which only one was ever completed. <br />
