Meyer about garage to City Council with <br /> his accessment of problem. <br /> January 11,1988 - Resolution passed on hazardous building, action on <br /> garage to be held until February 1988. Certified engineer made <br /> inspection of foundation garage. <br /> February 1, 1988 - Letter sent to Mr. Meyer (4631 N.S.D.) about garage and <br /> continuing process if information is not submitted. <br /> February 3, 1988 - Letter from Mr. Meyer on garage along with drawing <br /> signed by engineer. <br /> February 29, 1988 - Inspection at 4725 N.S.D. by L. Oman, inspector who <br /> fell through the stairs. <br /> March 11, 1988 - Attorney Stanford P. :Iill wrote a letter to Henerys about <br /> storm damage at 4725 N.S.D. caused by fill at 4631 N.S.D. <br /> March 17, 1988 - Letter sent to Meyers from T. Jacobs about fill, drainage, <br /> and storm damage at 4725 N.S.D. <br /> March 21, 1988 - Letter from Meyers to Jacobs about drainage, storm damage, <br /> and fill. <br /> March 30, 1988 - Letter from Meyer to Jacobs on fill/drainage progress. <br /> April 1988 - First set of plans submitted to City and referred to the city <br /> engineer. <br /> April 26, 1988 - Building permit applied for to repair garage structure. <br /> Told variance was needed. <br /> April 27, 1988 - Mr. Meyers came into meet with J. Mabusth received <br /> information about variance. <br /> May 2, 1988 - Inspection conducted at 4725 N.S.D. - stairs not complete nor <br /> repaired. <br /> May 2, 1988 - Inspecton conducted at 4631 N.S.D. weeds and junk clean up. <br />
