It appears that y <br /> this incident started in 1971 as follow3: <br /> May 27, 1971 - A permit was issued by �_nspector Mike Scheller for 3 loads <br /> of fill for landscaping (4731 N.S.D.). <br /> July 27, 1971 - Inspector Scheller was having a problem with property owner. <br /> (Ken Karonberg). It appears that more than three loads were brought <br /> in and that they were not graded down properly (4731 N.S.D.). ' <br /> pi <br /> Somewhere in between July 27, 1971 and August 15, 1986 more fill was <br /> brought in. Mr. Meyers admits that he added fill three years ago (1985). <br /> (4731 N.S.D.) <br /> August 14, 1986 - Inspection conducted (4731 N.S.D.). Weeds and debris ' <br /> cleaned up by T. Jacobs. Left message for Mr. Meyer to call me. <br /> August 15, 1986 - Letter sent from Dennis Meyer (4731 N.S.D.). Received <br /> August 18, 1986 stating he is working on problems. <br /> July 22, 1987 - Large rainstorm fell washing out lakeshore bank and bank at <br /> parking lot of Henery's (4725 N.S.D. ). <br /> July 23, 1987 - T. Jacobs visited site (4725 N.S.D.) verified damage spoke <br /> with Henerys. <br /> July 1987 - After storm, T. Jacobs and J. Mabusth spoke with Henerys about <br /> grants several times. <br /> August 31, 1987 - Application was made by Nadeau Landscaping for permit to <br /> repair storm damage (4725 N.S.D.) lakeshore. <br /> September 2, 1987 - Met with the city engineer on site for review of <br /> permit. Appeared okay (4725 N.S.D.). Written and verbal orders <br /> written by the city engineer. <br /> October 9, 1987 - Burning permit issued to the Henerys for clean up of <br /> storm damage. <br /> October 29, 1987 - Building permit #384 was issued to Nadeau Landscaping <br /> (at 4725 N.S.D.) for storm damage repair. Note: hold up was for <br /> federal grant not -City action. <br />
