Re.Comment No. 4: The Contractor is aware of the design requirements and has stated they <br /> have the ability and experience to accomplish these tasks: Any future requirements shall be <br /> submitted direcdy from the Contractor. <br /> The Owner must retain a qualified third party to review actual site conditions and determine <br /> whether or not design parameters used are valid,as well as to observe the work throughout <br /> construction operations. Major work items must be documented as being or not being in <br /> conformance with the approved construction drawings.
