By adding more boards to the top of the exist- <br /> ing walls, they woulc' in mos:: cases bent' the walls further <br /> than we want. Although the walls are installed plumb, they <br /> are expected to bend downhill until almost perpendicular to <br /> tate slope of the hill. <br /> Due to the inadequacy of the vegetative cover on this hill , <br /> we feel that ?lis is the cause of the surface erosion, re <br /> sulting in further lane; loss. <br /> '1'o reconcile this natter, we feel the corrective measure <br /> would be to fill in tie existing open (soil loss) area, re- <br /> seed with MN DOT 500 grass seed and cover with the appropriate <br /> erosion control fabric. <br /> THIS ITEM HAS BEEN <br /> MICROFILMED <br />
