<br /> We have reviewed the lakeshore washout on the Henry property at 4725 North Shore Drive.
<br /> The washout area was stabilized with buried timber walls and new fill placed on the
<br /> embankment in 1988.
<br /> The hank has again partially eroded and some of the walls are exposed. The walls have
<br /> moved because of the load and don't appear to be adequate to hold the embankment. The
<br /> erosion control measures may have also been inadequate to stabilize the filled area.
<br /> We would recommend that the property owner place silt fence to protect the lake. 'There
<br /> should also be a plan provided to stabilize the hank and prevent further erosion.
