Per my conversation with Bob this morning, the <br /> proposed elevations show a 0.3 ft drop from the northeast corner of the house to the southeast corner of the house, <br /> and the contour was revised to reflect a swale in that area. <br /> Please let me know if there are any other revision request for this survey, and I will be happy to review the request <br /> and make changes as quickly as possible. The grading should be revised on the east side of the proposed house to increase slopes. A <br /> minimum slope of 2% slope is recommend for green areas. The contours along the east side may <br /> also need to be revised as necessary to indicate a swale is to be provided. <br /> Also, the survey shows the gravel driveway is to be removed or replaced. Since the gravel drive is not shown <br /> on the hardcover calculations, please change to say to be removed.
