The grading should be revised on the east side of the proposed house to increase slopes. A minimum slope of <br /> 2%slope is recommend for green areas. The contours along the east side may also need to be revised as <br /> necessary to indicate a swale is to be provided. <br /> Also, the survey shows the gravel driveway is to be removed or replaced. Since the gravel drive is not shown on the <br /> hardcover calculations, please change to say to be removed.
