A separate utility permit will be required for the sewer disconnection and connection. 2. Perimeter sediment control measures must be installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work, including demolition.Contractor must provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. 3. The retaining wall at the south east corner of the proposed home is depicted at exactly 4 ft. Should the wall exceed 4 ft a design by a licensed engineer will be required--Walls greater than 4' in height must be designed by a licensed professional,and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior to the approval of the permit. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are separated by at least twice the height of the lower wall. 4. Special care will need to be exercised in constructing the drainage pattern on the west side of the property to ensure that run off is not directed onto the neighboring property.
