The required remedial work consists <br /> of: <br /> l. Removal of sand in excess of 6-inches in depth and in conformance with the <br /> City of Orono's requirements. <br /> 2. Removal of top rocks of riprap installation such that riprap does not extend <br /> above level of natural shoreline. <br /> 3. Hand-placement of rocks in existing riprap voids with rocks removed above <br /> and/or additional rock. <br /> At the July 28, 1994, Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Complaints and <br /> Violations Committee Meeting, a deadline of August 19, 1994 was set for <br /> completion of the above work.
