Those present at the site inspection discussed <br /> the current status of your shoreline. It was noted that the <br /> placement of sand had exceeded what was originally permitted by the <br /> watershed district. The placement of additional sand beyond what <br /> was permitted is currently considered a violation of District <br /> rules. You and your contractor both agreed to remove a portion of <br /> the sand to comply with the specifications submitted as part of <br /> your permit application. <br /> Furthermore, it was agreed that the rip rap placement along the <br /> entire shoreline needs to be refined so that current voids between <br /> rocks are filled. <br /> This matter will be reviewed at the next Complaints and Violations <br /> Committee meeting on Thursday, May 26, 1994 aL 6: 00 p.m. in tne <br /> Grays Bay Room, Minnetonka Community Center, 14600 Minnetonka <br /> Community Center, Minnetonka.
