The east edge of <br /> this driveway will be on the centerline of Oak Place. You will need to construct an adjacent driveway <br /> on the east side of the centerline abutting her driveway to provide access to the Blair residence. This <br /> driveway must be a minimum of 8 feet wide. A permit is required from Hennepin County as North <br /> Shore Drive is a County Road. The County may specify a wider minimum width and may specify a <br /> maximum width. For information on the permit contact Dave Zetterstrom at Hennepin County <br /> Transportation De�artment (612-596-0355).
