Fence Invoice <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this item is to gain Council approval for the payment of the attached invoice <br />for the construction of the Lurton Off Leash Park fence. <br />2. Background. On August 22, 2016 the Council approved the proposal for installation of fencing by <br />Northern Specialties, Inc in the amount of $79,754.00. <br />3. Funding. The project is funded from the Park Fund. <br />5. Status. The fencing is complete and the well should be installed in the next couple weeks. Trail <br />Improvements will continue throughout the winter. Final installation of shade sails and tables will be <br />completed in the spring. The park will be officially open on January 1", 2017. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve Pay Request No. 2 to Northern Specialties, Inc in the amount of $ 46,914.00. <br />
